How does purchasing a property from your site work?
It’s easy, simply submit your interest through the BUY NOW button, or just give us a call! We will prepare the contract and all you have to so is sign and send it back to us with a $250 document fee. We will close as soon as possible with a trusted title company or attorney.
Are there any hidden fees when buying land from you?
The buyer is responsible for the same closing fees as any other real estate transaction such as title fees, survey, attorney fees, etc. It all depends on location and property type. Additional fees include a one time $250 document fee
Are you a real estate agent?
We are not a real estate firm, nor are we pretending to be real estate agents. We sell all our land by owner or assignment of contract. We have decades of experience, and that is how we are able to sell our properties for below market value!
Why are your properties so cheap?
Our land properties are priced affordably for various reasons. One significant factor is the exclusion of real estate commissions from the final cost. Additionally, we implement strategic pricing models and seek to offer great value to our customers.
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
Yup! If you don’t find a property listed that aligns with your specific needs, please inform us, and we’ll make every effort to assist you in finding the perfect match. At the very least, we’ll ensure you stay updated on all our new listings.
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
We utilize reputable title companies and/or attorneys for all transactions. You are always welcome to seek your own legal or real estate representation as well!
